Do You Offer a warranty on your work?

We stand by our products and services 100%, and we provide a 1-year warranty free of charge.

Do we offer complete renovations ?

No, as we do not have our builders license we cannot offer complete renovation works. However Pearson Plumbing can assist in the design of your new renovation and complete all Plumbing, Drainage and Gas works. As well as pass on contact information for your renovation works for all types of trades.

How do i pay ?

We carry Eftpos machines with us. After the job is complete we will take payment onsite and supply you with a receipt.

Do I need an electrician to connect my Hot water unit ?

Our plumbers have restricted electrical licenses allowing us to disconnect and reconnect your new hot water unit as long as it is being installed in the same location. Any extensions to electrical will need a licensed electrician.

Do I need to get permits or is that covered under the repair/work costs?

Any permits or inspections needed to complete the job are covered in our fees and handled accordingly.

Will I be provided with a gas certificate ?

Yes, any gas job completed in Australia requires a gas certificate. Our licensed professionals will supply you with a copy of the certificate as well as sending one to the relevant network operator.
